Shrine Membership Renewal Form
Are you a member of a Shrine temple that is part of our organization? If so, click the button below to create a username to gain members only access. Our admin will need to approve the request.
If your Shrine Center has never been a member of SFA or it hasn’t been a member prior to 2016 you are eligible to join for $150 the first year. Please fill out the request for membership form and email it to our Secretary at jblondell@email.com and he will contact you to let you know when your Temple was last a member of SFA.
